Freqs of Love, LLC has an Advance Booking Requirement to ensure the space is energetically cleansed, prepared, and attuned for your session. All appointments have a minimum reservation period of 24 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are not available at this time to allow for proper set-up and preparation.

Cancellation & Rescheduling: Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Of course, life happens! I request adhering to the following:

• 48-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time.

• Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service rate.

• No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged the full cost of the session.

Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full session. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled booking, and the full service fee will still apply.

Cancellations from Kaila: If Kaila has to cancel an appointment for an emergency, you will be notified with as much notice as possible. You will receive a full refund, or we can simply reschedule within 2 weeks of the original appointment date.

Intake Forms & Waivers: To ensure your safety and the effectiveness of your treatment are offered. All new clients must complete an Intake Form prior to their first session.

Specific Requirements for Red Light & Lymphatic Therapy: Due to the physical nature of Red Light Therapy and Lymphatic Compression Therapy, strictly mandatory liability waivers must be signed electronically before you arrive. Freqs of Love, LLC is not responsible for reviewing or checking contraindications of clients, and sole responsibility lies on the client for understanding their health history (Heart monitors, stints, electric devices, or other medical instruments that may be affected by Infrared, Red Light Therapy, or Compression Therapies et al).

• While generally safe and highly beneficial to the body’s health and inflammatory responses, these services carry specific contraindications (medical reasons why a treatment should not be used).

• If forms are not completed prior to your arrival, we may be forced to use your session time to complete them, or reschedule your appointment if contraindications are found.

Health & Wellness Disclosure: It is the client's responsibility to inform the practitioner of any changes in their health history, including pregnancy, pacemakers (specifically for Biofield Tuning, Red Light, or Lymphatic Compression Therapies), recent surgeries, or new medications.

Right to Refuse Service: I strive to provide a safe, healing environment. I reserve the right to refuse or terminate a session at any time for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate conduct, intoxication, or health conditions that are outside my scope of practice.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability: By booking an appointment and participating in services offered by Freqs of Love, LLC, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by you, or any loss or damage to property owned by you, whether caused by the negligence of the practitioner or otherwise.

Covenant Not to Sue: You agree to indemnify, defend, save, and hold harmless Freqs of Love, LLC from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by you while participating in said services.

By signing the required intake forms and waivers, you expressly agree that:

1. You are participating in these services (Reiki, Sound Healing, Biofield Tuning, Red Light Therapy, Lymphatic Compression, or other offered therapies) voluntarily.

2. You waive your right to pursue any litigation or legal action against Freqs of Love, LLC for any reason related to these services.

3. You understand that these services are not a substitute for medical treatment and that you have disclosed all known medical conditions.

Medical Disclaimer: Reiki, Sound Healing, Biofield Tuning, and associated wellness therapies are complementary modalities and are not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis and treatment.

• I (the practitioner) do not diagnose conditions, prescribe substances, or perform medical treatment, nor do I interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.

• Information provided on this website or during sessions is for educational and spiritual purposes only.

• If you have a serious health imbalance, please see a licensed physician or other appropriate professional.

Freqs of Love, LLC is licensed to provide mobile/travel services only within the City limits of Seattle. If you are requesting travel to provide services at your home or business, ensure the location where services will be received are within city limits (e.g., Seattle-only, and not Bellevue, Renton, Burien, Redmond). If you are outside of limits, please opt for an In-Studio appointment type. Appointments booked for travel outside of Seattle limits will be canceled and charged a full fee.

For mobile sessions, fee is calculated based on the specific distance and estimated travel time to your location from my studio. Travel costs may vary depending on the time of day and current traffic conditions. When you request a mobile appointment, I will provide a custom travel quote based on your specific time slot before finalizing your booking. The travel fee simply covers gas and time.

Exceptions: For group sessions, a booking must be requested with enough advance notice (4 weeks or more) for Freqs of Love, LLC to obtain licensure in the city you are requesting.
