Hi, I’m Kaila Hall

I'm Kaila Hall, the founder of Freqs of Love, a holistic wellness practice in Seattle, WA. I am a certified Reiki Master, sound practitioner, intuitive healer, creative spirit, and former corporate dweller turned energy worker and space holder.

For years, I lived in the rhythm of overextending, poor boundaries, and burnout: long hours, high pressure, and little space to feel. I thought I was doing everything right on the outside, but I felt completely disconnected from my inner world.

Energy work found me at the right moment. Through Reiki, sound, and intentional practices, I remembered something I had forgotten: healing doesn’t come from fixing, chasing, or avoiding. It comes through inner connection and compassion; in softening, presence, and letting ourselves be seen.

Today, I hold space for others on their own return. For the givers who forget to receive, for the caregivers, the busy minds, and the curious,

I believe deeply in the body’s innate intelligence and the truth that to see the light, there must be darkness. And in both, we are whole: As above, so below.

  • Freqs of Love is a sacred, inclusive space for energetic healing and self-reclamation: emotionally, energetically, and creatively. Through intuitive therapies and deeply attuned presence, I support clients in reconnecting with their innate healing intelligence, fostering balance, self-connection, and the frequency of love.

    I serve the Givers, the Parents & Caregivers, and the Curious & Open as a mirror and facilitator, holding space that honors and celebrates the unfolding of each soul’s journey.

  • In a world that constantly demands more—more output, more energy, more resilience—many individuals silently suffer from imbalance and dis-ease on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. Chronic stress, emotional overload, creative suppression, and internal disconnection are increasingly common.

    Freqs of Love was created to restore harmony where fragmentation lives. It's a sanctuary for those who feel overstretched, overwhelmed, or unseen: a place to receive, soften, and be held. Whether you're a caregiver running on empty, a healer who's forgotten how to receive, or someone feeling the inner nudge to reconnect with your true self.   • I’m Kaila, the founder of Freqs of Love, and I offer energy healing services, working with frequency to bring a presence that is both grounded and expansive. My why is rooted in my lived experience of burnout, trauma, emotional hardship, and the journey back to self. I’ve realized through my healing and from the beautiful souls who have supported me that we are all more connected than we realize, and have more in common than we know. Our actions impact those around us, and my hope is that my actions, thoughts, and behaviors work toward the highest good.

    My path of overcoming personal traumas and navigating corporate stress and offered me the ability to hold deep empathy, spiritual insight, and emotional intelligence required to hold profound space for others.

    Through Reiki, sound healing, tuning forks, red light therapy, lymphatic treatments, and intuitive space-holding, I offer more than energy services, I offer deep resonance. Freqs of Love is a space for healing and reconnection, but also for unbecoming what the world told you to be, so you can reclaim who you truly are.
